Murats Place is a restaurant in the centre of Mahmutler that is very special to us for many reasons not least because the owner is someone we now consider a lifelong friend but also because without him we would never have found Honeymoon Villa.

There is some form of entertainment every night of the week with live music, kareoke, street entertainment and dancing - you will not be bored. Even the locals come down and sit around on the ledges of the fountains watching and absorbing the atmosphere and joining in the dancing. The food is excellent and offers wide range of dishes, including fish, grills and traditional Turkish cuisine. Their sensational Chateau Briand, which is cooked at the table, is to die for.

Murat, the host is welcoming and friendly and is always ready to help you in any way he can to make your holiday an enjoyable one. He will send a mini bus to pick you up at your hotel, villa, apartment when you want to eat at his restaurant and then take you home when you are finally tired.
